Based in Lyon and Vienne, Fidextra is an independent chartered accountancy and auditing firm. It is registered with the Order of Chartered Accountants for the Rhône-Alpes region and the Lyon Society of Qualified Auditors. Accordingly, it adheres to the code of ethics governing the accounting profession.

These credentials qualify it to perform accounting services for professional business enterprises, prepare official annual reports, file tax declarations, and draw up pay statements.

Fidextra consists of a team of 13 support staff and professionals with complementary skills and talents. The firm is headed by Hervé Durand, a chartered accountant and qualified auditor, who acquired extensive experience working at an international firm.

Hervé Durand also worked for several years in a corporate capacity, having served as a
Chief Financial Officer and General Manager. He is qualified to work in English.

Fidextra provides services to French and international companies and industrial enterprises of various sizes and structures.

It regularly assists foreign investors in administering their business activities in France, either by performing standard audits, while working in association with their international advisers, or on special-purpose audit engagements, in conjunction with their usual, local service providers.
